People, We need lots of folks to step up, if this event is to be a success. 1. We need at least 10 "recordkeepers." One for each station. 2. We need someone to volunteer to pick up he pre-ordered and paid-for BBQ sandwiches from Billy's BBQ in Bastrop and bring them to the Gun Club. 3. We need folks to help with lunch set up at the site. 4. We need folks help tally scores. 5. We need folks to help clean up after all is over. We will have an indoor area reserved for our group. Please feel free to bring a guest to our "Happy Hour." Our Good Works cause will benefit the shelter at ITS-HUH ministry. There has been a water leak, causing structural damage to the main building.
