Our First Rotary Orientation session of the year will be held Tuesday, March 10. All new members, those thinking about membership, or any member ready for a Rotary refresher is welcome!  We will meet immediately after our regular luncheon, here, at 602.

                            4. Set up Silent Auction [NEED A SILENT AUCTION CHAMPION!]

8:00 AM –         1. Check-in begins

                            2. Sell extras

                            3. Promote Silent Auction

                            4. Sell Raffle tickets 

                                                        [NEED FOUR PEOPLE]

8:45 AM –         1. Welcome and Announcements

                                                        [NEED ONE PERSON]

9:00 AM –         1. Shotgun Start

                            2. Set up for After Party

                            3. Monitor Silent Auction/raffle in Club House

                                                        [NEED FIVE PEOPLE]

12:30 pm – All other Rotarians check in

1:30 PM – Golf tournament concludes

1. Lunch for golfers [Meal is $75 for non-golfers].

2:00 PM – Silent Auction closes 

  [People will be needed to aid in obtaining payment and distributing purchased items.]

2:15 pm – Announce winners

1. Golf tournament

2. Silent Auction

3. Raffle

2:30 PM – Release golfers

1. CLEAN UP – ALL HANDS!

3:00 PM – Go Home!
