4. Set up Silent Auction [NEED A SILENT AUCTION CHAMPION!]

8:00 AM – 1. Check-in begins
2. Sell extras
3. Promote Silent Auction
4. Sell Raffle tickets
[NEED FOUR PEOPLE]
8:45 AM – 1. Welcome and Announcements
[NEED ONE PERSON]
9:00 AM – 1. Shotgun Start
2. Set up for After Party
3. Monitor Silent Auction/raffle in Club House
[NEED FIVE PEOPLE]
12:30 pm – All other Rotarians check in
1:30 PM – Golf tournament concludes
Lunch for golfers [Meal is $75 for non-golfers].
2:00 PM – Silent Auction closes
[People will be needed to aid in obtaining payment and distributing purchased items.]
2:15 pm – Announce winners
