Folks,  I need some actual RSVPs to this to know if we have enough bodies to proceed.  Darrell & Karen  Trevino have the bed kits. I will have the bedding from Vicky this afternoon. Some of you may have given me verbal notice, but I need an email, please! Old brain cells, remember! 

If I remember, Bo said if we wait until 1:30 to leave, he can join us.  Is this correct?  We can do that.

Need to be able to confirm with the families by tonight!

The Bastrop Club will be meeting at its normal location, 602 Brewing Co.

We need lots of folks to step up, if this event is to be a success.

1. We need at least 10 "recordkeepers." One for each station.

2. We need someone to volunteer to pick up he pre-ordered and paid-for BBQ sandwiches from Billy's BBQ in Bastrop and bring them to the Gun Club.

3. We need folks to help with lunch set up at the site.

4. We need  folks help tally scores.

5. We need folks to help clean up after all is over.

Strategic Planning for 2026-27 at Vicky Lindsey's place.  We will also have the May Board meeting at the same time.

We will be able to enjoy the current Special Exhibit (Texas Rangers) as well as a guided tour of the Museum.

Our start time at the Museum is 12:20 pm or so.

Since we will have just enjoyed our Installation Celebration on Friday night, June 13, we will not meet for lunch on June 17.

For the second year, Rotary Club of Bastrop County will be recognized as a BISD Partner for its dedication to the Adopt-A-School Program with Emile Elementary.  Any member who can attend is invited. The recognition ceremony should occur soon after 5:30 p.m., when the Board meeting is called to order. We are free to leave after the ceremony.

Join us to review our 2025-26 budget, goals, and activities for this new Rotary year.

Our Good Works cause will benefit the shelter at ITS-HUH ministry.  There has been a water leak, causing structural damage to the main building.
